      Description

      Support the rotator test on summit. This is to support the test cases by Ander to debug the rotator's movement.

      The github issue is: negativeMoveOscillations. The branch of Simulink model is issue37.

      There are four test cases:
      1. VelLoop_Kp
      2. Controlled using only the motor A
      3. Controlled using only the motor B
      4. Controlled using motor A and B, without load sharing algorithm
