Process SAL v6.1.1 hotfix

      Description

      SAL v6.1.0 requires couple of urgent LabVIEW fixes. Assist in processing the v6.1.1 hotifx.  This release does not require building the artifacts.

       

      This ticket will also track the work to delete the AdamSensors CSC.
