      Description

      Update ts_salobj to remove all reference to the "priority" field of events. This implements RFC-848 for ts_salobj. It is barely referenced anywhere, and all but two of those references treat it as optional.

      Be sure to update the IDL data files in tests/data, along with the code.

      Check other Python packages, as well. I don't expect to find much, if any usage.
