Rename existing salindex fields in ts_xml and update unit tests to prohibit salIndex as a field name

      Description

      The ts_xml package has one component that uses fields named salIndex: ScriptQueue. Change this field to scriptSalIndex. Also update the unit tests to make "salIndex" a forbidden field name.
