      Description

Choose two representative detector-visits for profiling. One should be "normal" and one "high-density" in terms of sources.

Choose these from the the 5.5 year depth DC2 tract 4431 used by Kenneth Herner (e.g. in https://jira.lsstcorp.org/browse/PREOPS-631).

Let's use visit 982985, detectors 174 and 164. Details on this selection are in the notebook.

What collection should I use for templates? I assume I'll use 2.2i/defaults/test-med-1,refcats as the other input collections.

Do we need to get the exposure id too, instead of just the visit id?

I was working off of Ken's u/kherner/2.2i/runs/tract4431-w40 collection in /repo/dc2, see if templates exist in there that "just work." Visit and exposure ids should be the same. Presumably you will want to run the $AP_PIPE_DIR/pipelines/LsstCamImSim/ApPipe.yaml pipeline.

I was able to run these two detectors through an AP pipeline for profiling, so I think we're good to go here.
