Writing unit tests for image differencing on DM-33001 we found that the current default border size for templates created with getTemplateTask left a narrow border of NaN pixels in the difference image, even after fixing related bugs. Increase the default border size from 10 to 20 pixels to ensure that the border is large enough that there are no NaN pixels with the new image differencing task.
