Add preconvolution option to new image differencing

      Description

      In order to speed up completion of the new image differencing task we removed the preconvolution option. Add the preconvolution option to subtractImages.py, along with unit tests and support for using the likelihood image in detectAndMeasure.py.

            Bruno Sanchez and I pair-coded the new Alard&Lupton difference imaging Task, as well as the detection and measurement Task using a maximum likelihood image and associated unit tests.
