The memory required to run DcrAssembleCoadd appears to increase significantly near the end of processing. This was observed in a run using bps, where each job became Held due to running out of memory (4096 MB requested). After increasing the memory to 8192 MB for each Held job, it finished processing almost immediately. This suggests that there is an inefficient use of memory at the end of the Task.
