CcdVisit and Visit schemas need descriptions and units.

Needs backporting to v23.0.x imsim.yaml such that:
v23.0.x/imsim.yaml == main/dp02_dc2.yaml
They can be copied from the baseline schema:

Thanks a lot for taking care of this, these are all really helpful. I've left a handful of unusually-picky comments on the PR; since I expect "novice" LSST data product users to be the main audience for these descriptions, I think it's worth heading off any potential confusion even if it adds a bit of redundancy.
