This is blocked waiting on GPDF to have a chance to provide the SQL and the TAP configuration update.

https://github.com/lsst-sqre/datalinker/pull/52 has the datalinker changes and https://github.com/lsst/sdm_schemas/pull/90 has the sdm_schemas changes. The idea here is that we export some metadata about the TAP schema for datalinker's consumption, and add a new route to datalinker that redirects to a TAP query appropriate for getting time series data from a table with a reasonable list of columns.

datalinker 1.5.0 and sdm_schemas 1.2.0 released with this new support. We won't update TAP to serve the DataLink records yet, until the implications for a Portal issue have been sorted out, but a Phalanx change to update the datalinker service is coming shortly.

https://github.com/lsst-sqre/phalanx/pull/1702 adds the Phalanx configuration.

Work is complete on this story except for updating the TAP configuration to pick up the new DataLink snippets, which we'll do after verifying a Portal bug fix.

This is currently deployed on data-int, but there is a problem with the Portal support for automatically detecting the best axes to use for a graph, including in the latest Portal release. We're hoping to get that fixed before deploying this support into production.

Portal now supports this properly, so now deployed everywhere.
