      Description

      Write a brief Community post describing the new script for looking at metrics produced by ap_verify and others, to advertise the new functionality and point to the location in lsst.pipelines.io with the documentation.

            Krzysztof Findeisen: mind doing this small review? While writing up the community post, I discovered a bug in how missing dataId keys were handled and fixed it in verify. I also wanted to link to the API docs so that people can more easily use this in notebooks, which required adding this to the module init file; I don't think there's a reason that would be bad, but do let me know if you have reservations.
