      Description

      Support the rotator test on summit. This is to test the new update of rotator by Ander. He thought that the problem was that the trajectory generator was not ready to start receiving 0 deg, 0 deg/s commands before a tracking move.

      Note: In this test, we should record the binary file to try to reproduce the oscillation in the Simulink model.

            Te-Wei ran the test yesterday, and I followed them. He collected some data and now needs to analyze them before getting in touch with the vendor.
