      I will create a LabVIEW project with FPGA VI with Loop 1 according to M2Cell code documented in here. This code will be used for John Gates to create the C/C++ code to control and read the FPGA VI.

            I created this document in Confluence. We have to discuss this with John Gates on July 27 we are back from vacation.

            The confluence document created was discussed during the last M2 meeting. We decided to create a new interface document in the README file in a new repo.
