Fix improperly persisted source centers

      Description

      A typo in the ScarletFactorizedComponentData class persisted the incorrect field for the center. This does not affect the pipelines processing at all but does make using the scarlet models themselves more difficult, so it is recommended that this fix is back-ported to the HSC release.
