      Description

      The "Edit on GitHub" link for Sphinx technotes isn't working. I believe this regression was introduced in Documenteer 0.6 when we created the new documenteer.conf.technote module. The string interpolation to create the URL is incorrect.

          This turned out to be an oversight in the URL string creation in the new documenteer.conf.technote module added in Documenteer 0.6. This is now fixed in Documenteer 0.6.13.
