      Description

      The ApSCS (Aperture Shutter Control System) state machine currently is under development in the LabVIEW code. In order to be able to test the MTDome CSC with it, some temporary workarounds need to be implemented. This ticket is for doing that.

      Some additional changes were implemented in the ApSCS status and this ticket is for implementing those as well. Those changes are permanent.
