          SQuaRE is taking the ticket as it has work in obs_ land.

          Simon Krughoff says: the obs_ packages still have policy files to configure the butler.

          Jim Bosch says: The others I know of are in afw: FilterDictionary.paf and CameraGeomDictionary.paf (the latter could probably already be removed, now that I think about it)

          Kian-Tat Lim says: Mappers are still configured by .paf [...] Once it's just the Butler, give it to NateP

          A GitHub search gives, in addition to the Butler-related ones and some in legacy packages:

          • meas_astrom WcsDeterminationDictionary.paf
          • meas_astrom metadata.paf
          • a number in ip_isr
          • meas_deblender tractor.paf
          • meas_extensions_photometryKron kronPhotometry.paf
          • meas_extensions_shapeHSM hsmShape.paf
          • astrometry_net_data has various .pafs
          • afw/tests has a couple and examples has one
          • meas_algorithms BadPixels.paf

          We seem to have approximately 60 PAF files left in the tree. I assume DM-4171 helped a bit (butler support for non-PAF) but butler repos still have 7 PAF files.
