Description

Eli Rykoff removed gen2 support from ap_pipe on ~~DM-33254~~, and noted that ap_pipe_testdata was only used by gen2. The AP team does not need this dataset any more for any tests, and it was always an optional package. I'll do both the deprecation and removal steps from the dev guide at once.
