      Description

      Implement testHardpoint CCS command. The command shall accept at least HP number/index as a parameter. Its implementation is in M1M3T004It moves HP to low and high encoder counts (until limit switch is hit or timeout expires). Graph showing forces on top of the HP etc. shall be visible in GUI, but CSC shall know if test passed - that's similar functionality to bumpTesting.

      A command to abort a hardpoint test shall be added as well (abortHardpointTest). Shall be callable only in engineering mode on parked mirror, with and without air. See SITCOM-410
