      Description

      Support activities for the development of low level dome control software development by EIE contractor. The activities include organization and attendance to technical meetings, review of documentacion, enforce compliance to requirements of software implementations, plan timeline of deliverables, provide technical support and guidance during development.

          Continue progress in the development of dome control system software from EIE contractor, and members of Rubin Observatory developers. This progress is well described in the weekly meetings whose notes could be found at https://confluence.lsstcorp.org/display/LTS/Dome+Software+Meetings . The most important accomplishments are:

          • the development of documentation to be utilized in the verification of control software, to be complaisant with the Rubin project requirements of dome operation and functioning.
          • One software meeting with an EIE contractor developer was held. One topic dealt with was the restart of the network wifi tests, interrupted during the vacation period of the EIE contractor. A detailed plan was agreed to proceed with the tests.
          • Another topic in that meeting was the analysis of the control software of the Aperture Shutter mechanism. Several improvements were agreed on this topic.
          • The regular software meetings will reatart during next sprint period.
