          Change request LCR-357 opened on April 22, 2015.

          • Clarify that the "pull interface" does not apply to guider ROI data
          • Make more specific the image identification and catalog lookup interfaces
          • Ensure that the extra hierarchical level of the REB is acknowledged
          • Close some TBRs and references to pending "Phase 3" work
