option to plot error bars on XY plot

      Description

      When there are error or uncertainty for a data point, there should be option to plot the error bars in the XY plot.

      The 'hat' for error bar is not plotted in most cases, only visible when there are less than 20 data points.
      User can reduce the points to plot by applying filters in table, or use rubber-band in plot.

            We should maybe consider the following special case: 'null' value but real errors. So the data point is not shown but the error bars are. What do you think?

            Emmanuel Joliet Are all the data point null values or just some? IF all are null, the errors become a range. But if a few null values, How do we interpret the data? Do you have a use case?

            This ticket is for plotting error bars.
            A column or an expression can be entered next to X and Y field in plot options.
            Good test is wise color-color plots: w[1,2,3,4]mpro with uncertainty w[1,2,3,4]sigmpro

            Currently only symmetric errors are supported for both X and Y.
            There will be a separate ticket for asymmetric options.
