Description
When there are error or uncertainty for a data point, there should be option to plot the error bars in the XY plot.
The 'hat' for error bar is not plotted in most cases, only visible when there are less than 20 data points.
User can reduce the points to plot by applying filters in table, or use rubber-band in plot.

We should maybe consider the following special case: 'null' value but real errors. So the data point is not shown but the error bars are. What do you think?
