      Description

      Create the Docker image for the integration tests and the reporting harness.  The image should install the ts-integrationtests Conda package and checkout the robotframework_EFD repo (until it also gets packaged).

            Added salobj and idl as runtime requirements to ts_IntegrationTests.  This is a nice-to-have for the Docker environment.

            Ignore the robotframework_EFD PR.  I decided to keep that image for local scripting work.
