When a TAP search is performed, and then cleared by using the "x" to dismiss the results table, a blank UI except for the "blue button bar" appears. When another TAP search is then launched, upon clicking "Search" the same blank UI appears, without the usual "search-in-progress" indication. Eventually when the search completes, the usual tri-view results screen appears.

This problem can cause a user to think that their second search failed to launch successfully, and keeps them from accessing the "send to background" and "" (information dialog) functions that would normally be available.

Refreshing the browser during the "blank screen while waiting for search" period does cause the usual "search-in-progress" display to appear.
