Firefly distance-measurement tool does not work in pixel space

      Description

      In what seems to be a regression from previously deployed functionality, the distance-measurement tool on Rubin images doesn't offer an option of a readout in pixels.

      Verified with IBE WISE images on IRSA viewer Ops as well, so it's not a problem with the data-product viewer or Rubin images specifically.

      This is a priority fix among the other issues reported from the LDM-503-RSPa verification campaign.
