      Description

      DM-36121 is incompatible with DM-35060 which sets the default psfDeterminer as 'psfex', not 'piff'. The LATISS characterizeImage configs need to be updated to match.

            I confirmed on S3DF that I can now successfully do a "pipetask run" on a test exposure (which previously failed) using the updated LATISS characterizeImage configs.
