Remove "MP_" from mask plane names in UI

      Description

      Coincidentally to the LDM-503-RSPa test being run, Robert Lupton pointed out that it had never been intended that the "MP_" prefix of the mask-plane-name FITS headers be displayed in the UI.

      It should be removed.

            The bug was fixed in Firefly release-2022.3.0, deployed in the RSP around 2023-01-26. Tested both in Portal image access and in afw.display/display_firefly usage from a notebook.

            Verified still fixed in release-2023.1.0, deployed on data-int, on 2023-05-02.
