Update MTAlignment for new T2SA software

      Description

      Update ts_MTAlignment for small changes to the T2SA interface:

      • The EMP reply is gone; use ERR-201 instead. Ignore the text.
      • Error replies have no colon after the digits, making them like ACK replies.

      Also, the spurious EMP reply as a measurement ends is gone, fortunately, since working around that would be tricky.
