Description
Create a version of ts_atwhitelight that supports the temporary LED flat field illumination system.
This can be a temporary branch (which I lean towards) or a separate simulation mode (I don't see any point to that unless we plan to use the LEDs long-term).

Thank you very much. Note that the LabJacks support persistent configuration, so I strongly recommend configuring FIO0 appropriately ahead of time, rather than relying on the CSC to do that. That is how we operate all other CSC-driven LabJacks.

added a comment - ok, I will get that setup. We now have a hostname for the labjack as well it is auxtel-labjack02.cp.lsst.org I have created "ledhack" branches of ts_atwhitelight and ts_config_attcs. These branches are used as the parent branches of my PRs; they should never be merged to develop.

The labjack is a labjack T7. The LED is connected to channel "FIO0" with positive polarity (i.e. high is LED ON, low is LED off).
The code should ensure that FIO0 first be configured from high-Z to output before being used (since it can also act as input).
We do not yet know its hostname or whether it's connected properly. Will add that information as soon as it's known
