      Description

      In DM-36368 (for ts_xml 12.1) we tweaked the airTurbulence topic a bit to make it less device-specific. Two changes need updates to the ESS software that writes this topic:

      • Delete the recordCounter field.
      • Rename the diagWord field to status.
