      Description

getCalspec (in rubin-env from conda-forge) emits warnings about "none", "sec", "flam", and "angstroms" not being FITS standard units, as recognized by AstroPy, as it downloads its data.  Please fix these warnings by using standard unit strings.

These units are part of the CALSPEC fits files we're downloading so we don't have much control over that I'm afraid. As part of DM-36394 I've added a filter for those warnings though, so they should no longer appear. Closing this ticket as the work is being done there.

Can you file a bug report with the people who host the FITS files? They aren't compliant.

          Files are coming from https://archive.stsci.edu/hlsps/reference-atlases/cdbs/current_calspec/

Looks like you can email them at archive@stsci.edu if you'd like to follow it up, though I don't think it's their files originally...
