      Description

      Support the M2 cell TCP/IP interface with Json packet in phase 1. The main effort in this ticket is to copy the TcpIpInterface class from ts_mtm2 to ts_mtm2_cell. This will need to modify and bypass some implementation to make sure the error check in LabVIEW can pass. This should save some time by reusing the previous code as more as possible.
