Fix a bug in _validateGalsimInterpolant method

      Description

      A convenience method that checks whether a string can be passed as a valid interpolant had a bug in it (missing f in an f-string), thereby incorrectly rejecting any non-Lanczos valid interpolant.

      • Requesting backporting because it's a trivial bugfix that it doesn't make sense releasing v24 with this known bug.
