    Description

https://jira.lsstcorp.org/browse/DM-36497 provides a namespace attribute in ApdbSqlConfig which allows connection to user-specified named schema in Postgres. (The schema must already have been created in advance). This ticket is to expose the ApdbSqlConfig.namespace attribute where appropriate our AP pipelines, including make_apdb.py.

For the record (quoting mrawls from #dm-alert-prod), I don't think we need to change make_apdb.py, nor do we want special treatment of config fields (since that will cause it to drift away from pipetask run). We should check if a -c namespace="schemaname_here" argument suffices to get the behavior we want.

If so, the only place that requires code changes is the command line(s) in ap_verify, and any external scripts that run the AP pipeline.

make_apdb.py -c namespace works exactly as advertised.
