      Description

      DM-27811 removed the deprecated filterLabel component from Science Pipelines, but overlooked the existing references to it in cp_pipe. Replace these with references to filter and confirm that it works.

      Marking as urgent because it breaks summit workflows.

            A branch with the fix is available (tickets/DM-36507), I'm running stack-os-matrix#37422 to confirm. Though we never verified that ci_cpp would have caught the bug...
