Started conversation with Franco and IT about getting the modbus server over on the Rubin network. The PILZs are all hooked into an internal network managed by the PILZ firmware but the modbus server is able to change IP addresses.

We need a MAC address from a network interface to be able to move the server over. I have yet to find that address. Next steps are to continue looking into solving this issue as well as double check that the GIS CSC is compatible with the latest salobj.
