Basis for HSC integration test

      Description

      We need to assemble the basis for an integration test using HSC data, to protect HSC processing and obs_subaru from upstream changes.

      This includes the assembly of the required data, a basic mechanism to test the mechanics of data release production, sufficient for the SQuaRE team to take it and incorporate it into the Jenkins system. Addition of any scientific validation is deferred for now.

            is there a ticket for adding obs_subaru into lsst_apps? So that the CI can at least try to build it.

            I'm not aware of one, but there should be. If nobody else volunteers the information, let's create one. I guess it would be blocked by DM-3518.

            I'm not aware of an existing ticket.

            Note that obs_subaru does not need to be added to lsst_apps to be test built by CI. It only needs an entry in repos.yaml so it it can be specified as the target product in jenkins.
