Description
RFC-775 recommends that all instrument-specific pipelines and configs be organized in directories named after the instrument's short name (e.g., "HSC", "LSSTCam-imSim"). However, most of the AP pipeline definitions are in directories named after the instrument class name ("HyperSuprimeCam", "LsstCamImSim"). Migrate these directories to the RFC-775 convention.
This is a nontrivial, breaking change because not only do the pipelines refer to each other, but so do external documents (e.g., the DC2 getting started guide). While GitHub's tendency to alias names on move helps us a little, we still need to make an effort to track down all references to the old names.
