Continue testing, debugging, training, and anything else required to get the soak test and pointing test dome

A lot of progress was made in the last 2 weeks with Tekniker remote. Some bugs were
identified and fixed in both CSC and TMA codebases. The full set of Telemetry will be
available with the next XML update. A stack of training videos have been uploaded
to ls.st/share, with more to come. Tekniker updated the HHD image so it loads in seconds rather than minutes.
Felipe to try it out. The StarTracker team also made great progress and now have
images with header info being automatically transferred and wcs processed

Got webcam url from Brian, of course it needs some IT help to be able to login...
Got updated HHD version from Tekniker, will need Felipe's help to get it installed
Checked Russell's new everything MTMount XML, looks good
StarTracker cameras progressing nicely, images + headers already
