      Description

      The 3D anemometer is connected to the AuxTel RPi auxtel-ess01.cp.lsst.org and is producing data. However, when the ESS Controller queries the telemetry from within a Docker container, an error is produced and the CSC goes to FAULT. Investigate and fix.
