Description
Check the MTMount tracking trajectory data. Russell did the following tests at 11/23:
1. Track a ramp from az=-40.0, el=30.0 to az=-39.0, el=41.0 deg at speed az=0.05, el=0.025 deg/sec; this will take 440.00 seconds
2. Track a ramp from az=-40.0, el=30.0 to az=-39.0, el=31.0 deg at speed az=0.05, el=0.025 deg/sec; this will take 40.00 seconds
The timestamp is 1669244241.788 (the only timestamp I could find in the slack channel):

Please help to review the following notebook for this effort (I have no plan to merge this feature branch to develop branch):
https://github.com/lsst-ts/ts_notebooks/blob/feature/analysize/procedures/MT/rotator/trajectory_mtmount.ipynb
I have the question after checking the data in EFD. I thought the tracking speeds should be 0.05 deg/sec and 0.025 deg/sec based on your slack message. But the data showed it should be 0.1 deg/sec.
Do you have any idea what should be the speeds you issued at 11/23 night?
Thanks!
