Backport DP0.2 schema changes to v23 imsim.yaml

      Description

      A handful of tickets made changes to sdm_schemas dp02.yaml in the run-up to the release. Those changes which are long-term useful also be applied to imsim.yaml on the v23 branch.

      This ticket is not intended get to merge to main, only v23.0.x.

            I think I have most of the DP0.2 changes backported to imsim.yaml. I'll attach the full diff, but the main items that I did not backport are

            • table description text changes
            • a fits.tunit regression
            • MatchesTruth, TruthSummary, CoaddPatches
            • reordering of some DiaObject columns

            Jenkins passed with rubinenv 0.8.4, ci_imsim and ci_hsc_gen3: https://ci.lsst.codes/blue/organizations/jenkins/stack-os-matrix/detail/stack-os-matrix/37723/pipeline/

            Github actions on sdm_schemas v23 are not passing due to some issue with the WISE tables, but those are entirely deprecated and we don't use the v23 container that GHA builds for anything, so I think we should ignore it.
