This ticket will cover the work needed to get a crosstalk calibration certified for LATISS.  This builds on the work of Adam Snyder and Craig Lage, who built and did the conversion and initial testing for the coefficients.  I will also be running the same inputs through the DM crosstalk code, to determine how much improvement we see with Adam's more detailed background fitting.
