Description
The gains to be used in ISR can come from three places: the camera geometry definition (which pulls from the appropriate obs_ package), a PTC calibration, and from those listed in the brighter-fatter calibration (which is used only during BF correction). This should be simplified so that the gain in use is the same in all three locations, ensuring that the value recorded in the header matched the processing applied.
