In the donut catalog created by DonutSourceSelectorTask objects from the reference catalog are excluded if they are less than unblendedSeparation from the edge of the exposure. But this distance can be smaller than the donutTemplateSize specified in CutOutDonuts tasks. If this happens then there will be a failure when running the CutOutDonuts task when donuts are closer to the edge and the CutOut looks for pixels off the edge.

The solution I propose is rejecting these donuts from the CutOut task but keeping a list of flags identifying which donuts in the catalog were kept and which rejected to use when going back to the donutCatalog.
