            The only question I have is the section "2.3". Do we allow to change the velocity in the crawling? The specification is "crawling is the near constant velocity motion". The "near constant" is unequal to "constant".

            No, we do not allow the crawl velocity to change during crawling. However, small fluctuations are allowed as long as the absolute pointing accuracy is met for 34 seconds (section 2.3.3).
