Construct flats for LATISS/January 12 data

    Description

      Flats will be constructed from the following data, with valid start dates of 2023-01-12.

      BG40_65mm - seq_nums: 65- 127
      OG550_65mm_1 filter - seq_nums: 130- 192
      SDSSr_65mm - seqNums: 194- 256

        Activity

          There were no issues with the new flats. The attached image shows the first verifyFlatProc in each filter; from left to right, BG40_65mm_1~empty/expId 20230112000236, OG550_65mm_1~empty/expId 20230112000172, SDSSr_65mm~empty/expId 20230112000236. These images are ISR processed through the doFlat stage to check for flat correction issues All three show the same vertical streak in C11, C01, C14, C04, and the BG40 and SDSSr show degradation in the lower left quadrant (and to a lesser extend in the bottom right corner). These signals are only visible on these inputs, and not on subsequent exposures. This strongly suggests that the first flat exposure in each set should be excluded in the future.

          All commands executed are listed in the attached work.log. These calibrations have been synchronized to the main repo and the summit repo.
