Develop ranking system for donut source selection

      Description

      We need to develop an algorithm for ranking the donuts we select during AOS use across different input parameters such as magnitude, blendedness, vignette, signal-to-noise, etc. This may be an issue that spawns several sub-issues as we investigate then develop and implement an algorithm.

          We have a basic algorithm right now that just takes all the donuts available and ranks them by brightness. You can turn on/off blended donuts, can adjust vignetting by the field position setting but once it has all the donuts it ranks them by brightness and takes all of them. I think this issue came out of conversations on how many donuts do we need each time and if we are going to only take the best X donuts instead of all of them which ones should we take? For example, if we are only taking a subsample of all donuts is a bright but slightly blended donut better than a faint, vignetted donut?
