Description

Use more auxTel data (beyond those used in the align tests from 20211104 ) to compare simulated batoid donuts to auxTel. Especially note the central obscuration and donut size. The tasks involve :

perform ISR on auxTel data
fit the auxTel donuts with cwfs and wep
use the fitted Zernike results as an input to batoid simulation, using phase screen to inject a particular wavefront
compare the input donut shape and size vs simulated donut
