          I added debug statements to ts_authorize which show that the username/password combination is wrong. I'll work with Russell to make sure that the CSC goes to FAULT state when a RuntimeError is raised so this becomes clear immediately.

          Review comments processed and updated code pushed. But I forgot to update Jenkinsfile and remove the root workaround so I need to wait until the workspace has been cleaned up before I can merge the PR into develop and then main and create a tag.
